Production Supervisor - Rajegaon

Role & responsibilities :

• Supervise the daily production/operation of activities of briquetting/pellets plant.
• Manage warehouse operations, inflow/outflow of RM/FGs, and maintain accurate stock records.
• Monitor briquetting and pelletizing machines, ensuring optimal performance.
• To ensure and maintain Quality Control for inward & Outward raw materials and finish goods.
• To ensure Quality control and Assurance for Customer satisfaction.
• Maintain the records of daily production on Online Planform.
• Plan and execute seasonal procurement and material dispatch in coordination with the operations team.
• Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), WI, Policy for plant and warehouse operations.
• Monitor health, safety, and hygiene standards within the plant/Warehouse premises.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports including production, inventory, and dispatch status.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Preferred candidate profile :

• 3 - 5 Years in production/Maintenance/Warehouse supervision.
• Basic understanding of machine operations and maintenance.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and able to use company preoperatory software.
• Good communication and team management abilities.
• Physically fit to handle Manpower, tasks and work in industrial environments.
