PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR ETHANOL PLANT | UGANDA
A growing ethanol manufacturing operation in Uganda is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor with 5+ years of hands-on ethanol/distillery plant experience.
The candidate will supervise daily production, fermentation, distillation, dehydration, manpower, process efficiency, quality, safety and maintenance coordination.
Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience in ethanol/distillery production
- Strong knowledge of fermentation, distillation and dehydration
- Experience supervising production teams
- Knowledge of PLC/SCADA/DCS systems preferred
- Strong HSE and troubleshooting skills
- Engineering/chemical/technical qualification preferred
- Willingness to work shifts in Uganda

Educational Qualification Preferred:
- B.Tech / B.E. in Biotechnology;
- B.Tech / B.E. in Chemical Engineering
- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry, Biotechnology or related field
- Diploma in Chemical Engineering with strong relevant plant experience may also be considered.
