About this role
Job Description:
- Supervision of shop floor production activities
- Handling manpower and ensuring smooth workflow
- Monitoring production output and maintaining efficiency
- Knowledge of machine operations and fabrication processes
- Knowledge of machining
- Maintaining quality standards and safety practices
- Handling plate cutting
- Achieving production targets
- Preparation of daily production reports & reporting to Director
Strengths Required:
- Practical exposure to production processes
- Good team handling and supervision skills
- Responsible and disciplined approach towards work
- Quick learner with ability to adapt to plant operations
Preferred candidate profile:
3 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing / production department.
Engineering / Fabrication environment preferred.
Mechanical Engineering unit Machine manufacturing, hydraulic systems
and Metal Fabrication.
Location: Por GIDC, Vadodara
Educational Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or BE Mechanical Engineering

• Infrastructure Hardening for lab and manufacturing Systems
• Implementation of the Computerized System Quality Management System.
• Development of Paperless solutions for User management, S/W, and H/W inventory Management, Cleaning Validation, Material Destruction Management, Small level RPA, Batch Record printing control & management, and Automation of logbook in manufacturing &Quality.
• Our engineers have experience working with Lachman Consultant (USA), and Parexel (USA) for Computer System Validation.
• Clinical systems: we can provide its services of CSV validation to major clinical systems through which maintaining bio-analytical LIMS, DCS, BMS, multilingual product labelling, administration and planning of clinical studies, etc. can be achievable.
• Audits: Site assessments and periodic reviews are also available with Swasti Solutions.
• Remediation: Support to remediation of the CSV/IT 483’s and other agency’s audit observations.
