Production Supervisor & Documentation

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain SOPs, production schedules and hygiene records.
• Supervise day-to-day production activities.
• Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are followed.
• Ensure employees follow all safety and production procedures.
• Maintain plant cleanliness and readiness for production.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure smooth operations.

Qualification: Food Technology / Food Science
Experience: Relevant experience in food production preferred.
