Job Purpose
To supervise daily packing and dispatch operations in a color cosmetics factory, ensuring that finished products are packed correctly, quality-approved, properly labeled, and dispatched on time while maintaining production targets, GMP standards, and inventory accuracy.

1. Packing Production Supervision
2. Quality and Compliance
3. Dispatch and Finished Goods Management
4. Inventory and Material Control.
5. Manpower and Reporting
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Achievement of daily packing targets.
On-time dispatch percentage.
Packing rejection and rework rates.
Material wastage and consumption variance.
Inventory and dispatch documentation accuracy.
Compliance with GMP, SOPs, and quality requirements.
Manpower productivity and packing line efficiency.
