Production Specialist (Plastics)

Role & responsibilities

Manage end-to-end operations of the injection Moulding production.

•      Utilize people, processes, materials to ensure optimum resource utilization
•      Coordination with Sub assembly to ensure delivery of products on time
•      Interface with planning & scheduling to determine schedules for Sub Assembly loading- Daily/ weekly
•      Provide technical expertise to the team
•      Prepare work plans within resource constraints and review implementations with strategy to drive improvement
•      Understand the business needs for change and innovation.
•      Knowledge on Master batches & pigments
•      Mould upkeeping and Maintenance
•      Coordination & setting up process in new product development

Documentation as per ISO 9001 requirements

Preferred candidate profile

Diploma /Post Diploma in plastics technology /Plastic Mould technology from CIPET & having work experience of 3 -5 years in molding industry

•     Knowledge on injection mold Setting, Processing & Trouble shooting

•     Excellent verbal, written communication & organization skills
