Production Shift Incharge

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily production operations on the  floor, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting quality standards.
• Manage a team of operators to achieve production targets, resolve issues, and improve overall performance.
• Monitor DCS systems to optimize plant operations, troubleshoot problems, and maintain equipment reliability.
• Coordinate with other departments (e.g., maintenance, quality control) to ensure smooth operation of the facility.

Job Requirements :

• 6-15 years' experience in chemical engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of distillation column operations and associated processes.
• Experience as a Shift Incharge or similar role in an industrial setting.
