Production Planning Engineer

We are looking for a dynamic Production Planning Engineer with experience in production planning, resource utilization, and coordination across departments.

Location: Bhat, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India

Employment Type: Full-Time

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Experience:minimum 3 years – maximum 7 Years

Remuneration: At par with industry standards

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, monitor, and update daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
• Coordinate with Production, Projects, Design, Quality, Stores, and Dispatch teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Plan mould utilization, manpower allocation, material requirements, and production sequences.
• Monitor production targets, stock availability, and dispatch priorities.
• Prepare production MIS reports and track planned versus actual output.
• Identify planning gaps and support timely execution of production schedules.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of production planning and scheduling.
• Understanding of BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and BBS (Bar Bending Schedule).
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Advanced MS Excel.
• Ability to read and interpret civil and structural drawings.
• Excellent coordination, analytical, communication, documentation, and reporting skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in precast manufacturing will be an added advantage.
