Production Planning & Costing Professional

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule production activities based on customer orders and production capacity.
• Prepare production plans, schedules, and daily work orders.
• Monitor production progress and ensure timely completion of targets.
• Prepare product costing, BOM costing, and manufacturing cost estimates.
• Analyze raw material, labor, overhead, and process costs.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, and Finance teams.
• Track material availability and identify potential production delays.
• Maintain accurate production and costing reports.
• Analyze production variances and recommend cost-reduction measures.
• Support capacity planning, inventory planning, and resource utilization.
• Ensure production planning aligns with delivery schedules and business requirements.

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of Production Planning & Control (PPC).
• Experience in product costing and cost analysis.
• Good understanding of BOM, MRP, inventory, and manufacturing processes.
