Production Planning Controller

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage and control production processes to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization.
• Develop and implement effective production plans, including scheduling, material allocation, and equipment management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential bottlenecks and disruptions.
• Analyze production data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and supplies.

Job Requirements :

• Experience in production planning control, preferably in a similar industry.
• Knowledge of PPC, injection moulding, and other relevant technologies is desirable.
• Strong analytical skills are needed to interpret complex data sets and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Familiarity with quality management systems and regulatory requirements is an asset.
