WE'RE HIRING | Manager – Production Planning & Control
Location: To be discussed
CTC: 6–9 LPA
Experience: 5–7 years, including 2–3 years in Production Planning & Control
We are looking for an experienced Production Planning & Control (PPC) professional to join our manufacturing team and drive production efficiency, inventory optimisation, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage production plans and schedules based on customer demand and sales forecasts.
- Coordinate with production, sales, procurement, and supply chain teams.
- Monitor production progress and revise schedules to meet changing requirements.
- Ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.
- Manage inventory levels and minimise shortages, excess stock, and production delays.
- Analyse production performance and inventory metrics, and prepare regular MIS reports.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and enhanced resource utilisation.
- Work with ERP systems such as SAP or Zoho.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering preferred.
- 5–7 years of overall experience, with 2–3 years in Production Planning & Control.
- Good knowledge of production processes, inventory management, supply chain, and lean manufacturing.
- Experience with ERP and production planning software.
- Basic knowledge of product costing.
- Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
