Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Manager PPC to manage production planning and ensure smooth and timely execution of garment orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end production planning and control for garment manufacturing.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production plans based on order requirements and factory capacity.
• Monitor Plan vs. Actual production and take corrective actions.
• Manage capacity planning, line loading, line balancing and production schedules.
• Coordinate with Merchandising, Production, IE, Quality, Fabric, Trims and other functions for smooth order execution.
• Ensure timely availability of materials and production inputs.
• Monitor WIP, production efficiency and delivery timelines.
• Identify production bottlenecks and implement effective recovery plans.
• Prepare and maintain PPC MIS and production reports.
• Drive improvements in productivity, capacity utilization and on-time delivery.
• Lead and guide the PPC team to achieve production and shipment targets.

Candidate Profile

• 7-12 years of experience in PPC / Production Planning.
• Apparel / Garment manufacturing industry experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, capacity planning, line loading, and order execution.
• Good understanding of garment manufacturing processes.
• Experience in handling multiple production lines/factories will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of ERP/MIS and MS Excel.
• Graduate in Apparel / Textile / Garment Technology / Engineering or related discipline.
