Production Operator

Role & responsibilities

• Operate semisolid filling and packing machines as per SOPs and GMP requirements.
• Handle Norden, IWK, Optel and Track & Trace systems.
• Perform machine setup, changeover, line clearance and routine checks.
• Maintain basic production documentation, logbooks and batch records.
• Follow GMP, SOP and Data Integrity (DI) requirements.
• Coordinate with QA, Engineering and other departments for smooth operations.
• Handle and effectively deploy contract manpower as per production requirements.
• Ensure proper housekeeping, safety and compliance in the production area

Preferred candidate profile

• Hands-on experience in semisolid filling and packing operations.
• Knowledge of Norden and IWK filling/packing lines.
• Working knowledge of Optel / Track & Trace systems.
• Basic knowledge of GMP, Data Integrity and production documentation.
• Good manpower handling and coordination skills.
• Basic machine troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work effectively in a shift-based production environment.
