About this role
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage day-to-day operations of the production team, ensuring timely delivery of projects and high-quality results.
- Oversee incident response processes to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity during outages or incidents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in network infrastructure, security monitoring, and automation.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve overall site reliability engineering (SRE) practices within the organization.
Job Requirements :
- 12-18 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with expertise in Production Leader role.
- Strong understanding of DevOps principles, log analysis, Monitoring tools, Network Infrastructure management.
- Experience in Incident Response procedures and ability to lead crisis situations effectively.
