Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production / Operations Intern to join our team. This internship provides hands-on experience in production and operations management, allowing interns to work closely with professionals in the field, gain insights into workflow processes, and contribute to improving efficiency and productivity.

• Assist in daily production and operational activities.
• Monitor and track production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Support inventory management, material handling, and logistics.
• Conduct data collection and analysis to optimize workflow.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations.
• Assist in troubleshooting production issues and implementing solutions.
• Help ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process improvements.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Preferred candidate profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Basic knowledge of production processes and operational workflow is a plus.
