Hiring: Production Officer - Chemical Manufacturing | Dahej, Gujarat

We are looking for Production Officers to join a leading specialty chemical manufacturing organization at Dahej, Gujarat.

Location: Dahej, Gujarat
CTC: 1 - 6 LPA
Experience: 2 - 6 Years
Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc Chemistry OR Diploma / B.E / B.Tech Chemical Engineering
Relocation Support: Accommodation provided for eligible candidates

Key Responsibilities:

Execute daily and shift-wise production plans
Monitor batch process operations, reactor charging, unloading and scheduling
Handle distillation, filtration, drying and extraction processes
Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP, ISO and EHS standards
Maintain BMR and production documentation
Coordinate with QC/QA for sampling and quality checks
Supervise manpower and ensure smooth shift operations
Monitor production yield, wastage and process efficiency

Desired Background:

Experience in Aroma Chemicals, Specialty Chemicals, Fine Chemicals, Fragrance & Flavour Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals or Chemical Process Industries
Knowledge of batch reactor operations and chemical process manufacturing
Strong understanding of production planning, documentation and safety practices
Good communication and team handling skills
