Production Officer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Plan and coordinate daily production activities to meet quality standards.
• Manage manpower resources, ensuring efficient allocation of tasks on the shop floor.
• Monitor and control inventory levels, minimizing stockouts or overstocking.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to productivity, quality, and safety.

Job Requirements :

• 1-6 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of daily production planning, including scheduling and coordination.
• Excellent manpower handling skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in monitoring inventory levels using ERP systems or similar tools.
