Production Officer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage daily production operations on the shop floor, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting quality standards.
• Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies, tracking stock levels, and conducting regular audits to prevent waste and optimize storage space.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to equipment maintenance, product development, and supply chain disruptions.
• Ensure compliance with GMP regulations by implementing effective cleaning schedules, monitoring water treatment systems, and maintaining accurate records.

Job Requirements :

• 1-15 years of experience in bakery or biscuit manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of diary operations and manpower management principles.
• Proven track record in shop floor management with ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
