Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead end-to-end production operations in our food manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in production planning, process optimisation, team management, and food safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily production operations and achieve production targets.
• Ensure optimum utilisation of manpower, machinery, and materials.
• Improve productivity and manufacturing efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, Food Safety, and Quality standards.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Warehouse, Procurement, and Planning teams.
• Minimise production losses, wastage, and downtime.
• Lead and develop production supervisors and shop-floor teams.
• Maintain production reports, MIS, and operational KPIs.
• Support internal and external audits.

Eligibility

Qualification: B.Tech/B.E.

Experience: 7-10 years in FMCG/Food Manufacturing.
