Production Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan production activities to meet customer requirements and company objectives.
  
• Coordinate with various departments (HR, Purchase, QC) for smooth operations.
  
• Ensure efficient use of resources by monitoring inventory levels and minimizing waste.
  
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to assembly, fabrication, sheet metal parts, and manufacturing engineering.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-5 years of experience in Production Management or a related field.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with team members from different departments.
  
• Strong understanding of Batch Planning, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Sheet Metal Parts, Sheetmetal And Fabrication processes.
