Production Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee daily production activities of EV workbenches.
• Ensure timely execution of work orders with minimal delays.
• Maximize machine utilization, manpower productivity, and material efficiency.
• Conduct structured training sessions to upgrade team skills and maintain discipline.
• Enforce strict adherence to product quality specifications.
• Implement initiatives for cost reduction, waste minimization, and process efficiency.
• Introduce productivity improvement projects and monitor outcomes.
• Coordinate with supply chain, maintenance, and quality teams for timely issue resolution.
• Ensure timely reporting for effective decision-making.
• Maintain up-to-date work order dispatch documents (MDL/WOS).
• Provide mechanical guidance and production assistance to support RD projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering (preferred).
• 3+ years of production management experience (EV manufacturing experience).
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, quality control, and cost optimization.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in ERP/MES tools, MS Office, and reporting systems.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
