Production Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Production Planning and Scheduling: Develops detailed manufacturing timelines, assigns workflows, and coordinates daily operational activities to meet output targets.
• Budget and Cost Management: Estimates expenses, negotiates vendor contracts, prepares budgets, and controls resource use to minimize waste and reduce costs.
• Quality Control: Enforces strict quality standards, conducts regular audits, and tracks corrective actions for finished goods.
• Equipment and Maintenance: Oversees machinery maintenance, schedules equipment repairs, and ensures operational reliability to prevent costly downtime.
• Team Leadership: Supervises workers and shift supervisors, handles performance management, and motivates staff to boost productivity.
• Safety and Compliance: Enforces workplace health and safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company policies.

Preferred candidate profile

Have Minimum 4 years experience in Production
