We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager / Manager – Production to join our manufacturing team and manage production operations across key electrical and solar-product lines.

Product / Process Knowledge Required
Candidates should have strong technical and production experience in one or more of the following:
PV Ribbon for Solar Applications
Bare Section
Busbar
Enamel / Winding Wire
PICC
Conform
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, manage and monitor day-to-day production operations
• Ensure production targets are achieved within defined quality and delivery parameters
• Manage manpower, machines, materials and production resources effectively
• Monitor production processes and identify opportunities for productivity improvement
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, SOPs and safety requirements
• Drive continuous improvement, process optimization and reduction of production losses
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Purchase, Stores and other cross-functional teams
• Monitor machine utilization, production efficiency, rejection and wastage
• Analyze production MIS and prepare performance reports for management
• Troubleshoot production-related issues and implement corrective actions
• Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer and business requirements
• Lead, train and develop the production team
Candidate Profile
10–12 years of relevant production/manufacturing experience
Strong knowledge of PV Ribbon / Solar manufacturing and/or bare conductor products
Hands-on understanding of manufacturing processes and production planning
Experience in production team management and shop-floor operations
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Knowledge of quality, process improvement and safety practices
Strong leadership and coordination skills
Willingness to work from Reengus, Rajasthan, with the applicable hybrid working arrangemen
