Production Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee production activities to ensure timely delivery of products, meeting quality standards.
• Develop and implement effective production plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to manufacturing processes, product design, and supply chain management.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
• Analyze data to identify trends, optimize processes, and improve overall efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 20-25 years of experience in a similar role in the auto components industry.
• B.Tech degree (Computers) or equivalent qualification required; MBA preferred.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale industrial operations with multiple shifts.
• Strong understanding of manpower handling, material planning, budgeting, forecasting, controlling principles.
