Position: Production Manager
Location: Umbergaon

Responsibilities - Plan, manage, and monitor daily steel production activities to achieve production targets.
- Ensure production as per;quality, quantity, cost, and delivery requirements.
- Manage manpower, machines, raw materials, and production schedules.
- Monitor production processes and identify opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Coordinate with;Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Dispatch;departments.
- Reduce production losses, rejection, wastage, and downtime.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, work instructions, and production standards.
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate with Maintenance for breakdowns.
- Maintain production records, reports, and shift-wise performance data.
- Ensure proper implementation of;5S, safety, and EHS procedures.
- Lead and motivate production supervisors and operators.
- Support continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of steel manufacturing processes and production operations.
- Good manpower and production planning skills.
- Knowledge of;5S, Lean Manufacturing, RCA, and continuous improvement.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work under production targets and in shifts when required.
