Production Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for effective deployment of resources through manpower planning, shop loading and output delivery as per Plan in Forged Valve Assembly

• Completion of production orders within lead time.

• Complying API & TSG certification requirements

• Complying ISO 9001 ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 certification requirements

• Co-ordinate with internal customers such as Maintenance, MRP, Store, QM, Assembly, IED/ Tool Engineering to ensure process standards and timely delivery as per plan.

• Maintain shop floor discipline and 5 S activities

• Co-ordinate for third party inspection and offer valves for inspection.

• Reducing rework and rejection on continuous basis.

• Monitoring the production booking in the shift.

Job Requirements :

• 15-20 years of experience in industrial equipment/machinery production supervision or management.
• Proficiency in managing large-scale industrial projects involving multiple stakeholders.
