Our Core Competencies:

• Candidate must have exposure to External Liquid, Oral Liquid, Lotion, Topicals, Syrup, and 2 or 3 years of experience in OSD/Tablets.
• Candidate must have good communication skills.
• Candidate should belong to a good family background.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end production operations from planning to dispatch.
• Ensure production targets, quality, productivity, and timely delivery.
• Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
• Lead, train, and manage production teams while maintaining discipline.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering, Warehouse, and Supply Chain.
• Monitor OEE, manpower, machine efficiency, downtime, and wastage.
• Investigate deviations and implement CAPA.
• Maintain accurate and audit-ready documentation.
• Support process optimization, validation, technology transfer, and new product launches.
