Production Manager

• Production Planning & Execution Achieve production targets as per schedule.
• Manufacturing Operations Manage Tablets, Capsules, Ointments & Dry Syrups.
• GMP Compliance – Ensure compliance with Revised Schedule M, GMP & SOPs.
• Critical Process Control – Monitor critical parameters, yield and process efficiency.
• Equipment Management – Ensure availability, qualification and proper operation of RMG & production equipment.
• Quality & Compliance – Control deviations, rejections and implement CAPA.
• Documentation – Ensure accurate BMR/BPR and production records.
• Audit Readiness – Ensure plant readiness for regulatory and customer audits.
• Team Management – Lead, train and optimize production manpower.
• Cross-Functional Coordination – Coordinate with QA, QC, PPIC, Engineering & Warehouse.
• Productivity & Cost Control – Improve OEE, reduce wastage and downtime.

Candidate's priorities

• Mandatory: Hands-on experience with Revised Schedule M & GMP
• Experience handling critical manufacturing processes
• Strong practical knowledge of RMG operations
• Experience in Tablets, Capsules, Ointments & Dry Syrup manufacturing
• Exposure to regulatory/customer audits & compliance
