Roles & Responsibilities

• Ensuring cGMP and safety compliance during all stages of manufacturing.
• Implementation of new idea for as per cGMP and GDP practices
• Execution of validation master plan.
• Execution of Manufacturing Activities. Monitoring of batch validation and execution as per cGMP practice.
• Execution of training program new joining of Staff, Worker and Operator other responsible person.
• Planning and execution of productivity on time delivery as per marketing requirement.
• Review and update of Batch Manufacturing Record, Batch Packing Record and Validation protocol etc.
• Review of SOPS and other Quality Management System documents.
• Coordination with other departments and outside vendors pertaining to the qualification/ validation related activities.
• Handling of Audit (customer as well as regulatory) in coordination with other team members.
• Handling of Audit (customer as well as regulatory) in coordination with other team members.
• Investigation of incident and report any abnormality observed during the shift operation if any.
• Maintenance of shop floor discipline, maintain high degree of morale, and technical expertise in the team.
• To work to achieve excellence in the field of Environment health & safety.
• To follow proper Gowning/ De-Gowning procedures and ensure that the same is followed by all the persons in manufacturing area
• Maintain and responsible for execution personal Hygiene of worker and employee. Make a professional atmosphere through the shop floor.
• Impart Internal Safety Training program as per safety department guidelines to the worker, operators and other staff.
• Prepare the monthly and annual report of quality review of products and other quality review of marketing compliance.

Improve the product quality and plant implantation moral of the shop floor working.

• Minimize the cost efficacy of product manufacturing activity. To maintain monthly cost review of trending products.
