Production Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan production activities to meet customer requirements, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
  
• Oversee daily operations at the foundry, including manpower handling, quality control, and equipment maintenance.
  
• Coordinate with various departments (moulds, melting, heat treatment, NDT) to ensure smooth production flow.
  
• Monitor productivity levels and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong understanding of ferrous foundry processes and practices.
  
• 4-5 years of experience in foundry production management or related field.
  
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Metallurgy from a recognized institution.
