Production Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan production activities to meet customer requirements, ensuring timely delivery of products.
  
• Oversee plant operations, including manpower handling, production planning, quality control, and stock management.
  
• Implement factory operations and management strategies to improve efficiency and reduce wastage.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean working environment.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to product development, manufacturing processes, and supply chain logistics.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-5 years of experience in Production Management or similar role in FMCG industry.
  
• MBA/PGDM degree from any specialization (preferably).
  
• Strong understanding of Factory Management principles, including manpower handling, production planning, quality control, stock management, wasteage control.
