Production Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan production activities to meet customer requirements on time.
  
• Oversee daily production planning, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  
• Supervise shop floor operations, monitor productivity, and address issues promptly.
  
• Coordinate with various departments (QC, Warehouse, Packaging) for smooth material flow.
  
• Ensure compliance with GMP guidelines during production processes.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-4 years of experience in Production Management or related field.
  
• Strong understanding of assembly planning, labour management, manpower handling, production planning, production supervising, and quality control principles.
  Immediate Joiner preferred .
