Production Manager - Sofa

Key Responsibilities

1. Production Planning & Execution

• Plan daily, weekly, and monthly production based on orders and delivery schedules.
• Prepare production plans and allocate work across different production sections.
• Monitor production progress and ensure targets are achieved on time.
• Coordinate with sales, purchase, stores, quality, and dispatch teams.
• Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
• Optimize production flow and minimize idle time and delays.

2. Sofa Manufacturing Operations

Supervise the complete manufacturing process, including:

• Frame cutting and assembly
• Wood/metal frame preparation
• Foam cutting and fitting
• Webbing/spring installation
• Cushion manufacturing
• Fabric/leather cutting
• Stitching
• Upholstery
• Final assembly
• Finishing and packing
