Production Manager - Plastic Injection Moulding

Role & responsibilities

• Handle complete production operations of injection molding
• Plan and manage daily production schedules
• Ensure quality standards as per requirement
• Improve productivity, efficiency, and cost control
• Manage manpower, shifts, and shopfloor discipline
• Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and planning teams
• Ensure machine utilization and minimum downtime
• Follow safety and compliance standards

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 5 years experience in Plastic Injection Molding (mandatory)
• Strong Knowledge of Hot Runner Moulds and Process
• Strong knowledge of machines, molds, and processes
• Leadership skills with ability to manage teams
• Problem-solving and decision-making ability
