We are seeking a skilled Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations across Australia, Singapore, New Zealand, Ireland, and Luxembourg. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management, with a focus on efficiency and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage daily production operations to meet production targets and delivery schedules.

• Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Monitor machinery performance and coordinate maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Prepare production reports and analyze performance to support continuous improvement.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff.
