Production Manager -Injection Moulding

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee production operations to ensure efficient use of resources, meeting quality standards, and achieving productivity targets.
  
• Manage plant operations, including maintenance schedules, inventory control, and supply chain management.
  
• Develop and implement strategies to improve manufacturing processes, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to production planning, logistics, and procurement.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 15-20 years of experience in Injection Moulding or Plastic Injection Molding with a strong background in Production Management or Manufacturing Management.
• Experience in Pipe fittings moulding is MUST
  
• MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (Any Specialization).
• CIPET - PG Diploma is mandatory
• Good experience in Mould design and mould design
  
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale industrial projects involving complex machinery operation.
  
• Strong understanding of Plant Operations, Production Operations, Production Management principles.
