Production Manager- Current account

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage the production of current accounts, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions.
• Develop and implement effective product strategies to drive profitability and growth in retail liabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform product development decisions.

Job Requirements :

• 7-15 years of experience in banking or a related industry.
• Strong understanding of current account products, including life cycle management from launch to maturity.
• Proven track record in developing successful product strategies that drive business results.
• Experience working with retail liabilities, including deposit accounts, credit cards, etc.
