Experience: 5-6 Years in Refrigeration industry will be preferred

• Plan, organize, and monitor daily production activities for Atmospheric Water Generator (AWG) machines.
• Manage complete machine assembly, refrigeration, electrical, mechanical, brazing, and testing activities.
• Ensure production targets are achieved as per planned schedules and customer requirements.
• Monitor manpower utilization, production efficiency, material availability, and machine utilization.
• Coordinate with Design, Quality, PPC, Purchase, Stores, and Service teams for smooth production.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, work instructions, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Monitor rework, rejection, productivity, and production losses.
• Guide and develop production engineers, technicians, and operators.
• Maintain production records and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
