Role - Production Line Supervisor

Experience - 2-4 yrs

Location - Chakan

Work mode - 6 days WFO

Key Responsibilities

• Workflow Optimization: Manage daily production schedules, distribute task assignments, and monitor real-time assembly line performance to hit Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Lean Manufacturing Execution: Implement lean toolssuch as 5S, Kaizen, and Kanbanto eliminate waste, optimize material flow, and scale production efficiency.
• Downtime Mitigation: Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or structural line stoppages rapidly. Coordinate directly with the maintenance department to execute preventative equipment repairs.
• Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Ensure line operators consistently follow technical drawings, safety guidelines, and Standard Operations.
• Defect Prevention: Champion a zero-defect culture on the floor. Verify component quality throughout assembly, manage non-conformance issues, and lead immediate root-cause analyses.
• Workforce Development: Train, mentor, and upskill assembly line operators and team leaders. Conduct shift briefs detailing daily goals, safety alerts, and continuous improvement targets.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce rigorous health, safety, and environmental protocols
• Labor & Administration: Handle shift tracking, timekeeping, and performance evaluations.
