Requirements

• 23 years of experience in manufacturing / assembly / testing
• Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Production Engineering / Any Graduate
• Production Line Management | Production Planning & Execution | Manpower Handling & Line Balancing | Production Target Achievement | Productivity & Line Efficiency | Quality Control / Rejection & Rework Control | Basic Electrical / Electronic Knowledge | PCB Assembly | VFD / Power Electronics Knowledge (preferred) | Basic Testing & Troubleshooting | BOM Understanding | SOP Compliance | 5S | Kaizen | ERP / SAP / MS Excel / Google Sheets | Downtime Monitoring | Material Handling | Safety
• Problem Solving: Quickly identify production problems and implement practical solutions
• Adaptability: Manage changes in plans, processes, products and priorities
• Team Management: Allocate work fairly and maintain discipline and productivity within the team
• Leadership: Lead operators effectively and ensure achievement of shift targets

• Work Mode On-site / plant-based

• Shifts / Work timings 3-shift operation as applicable
• 6 AM to 2:30 PM
• 2:30 PM to 11 PM
• 11PM to 6 AM
• Mostly weekly - only Sunday off
