Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficient use of resources and meet quality standards.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage manpower effectively to achieve production targets.
• Develop and implement production plans to minimize downtime and optimize productivity.
• Monitor inventory levels, track stock movements, and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality control procedures, and company policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-5 years of experience in a similar role (production supervisor or manager).
• Diploma or B.Tech degree in relevant field (e.g., Engineering).
• Strong understanding of production planning, management, and supervision principles.
• Excellent communication skills for effective team leadership and collaboration.
