Production Incharge

Job Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day *Fiber Mill production activities*.
• Achieve daily and monthly production targets.
• Monitor *coconut husk input, fibre output and fibre recovery*.
• Ensure required *fibre quality* and minimize wastage.
• Allocate and manage production workers/contract labour effectively.
• Monitor machine operation and coordinate with the Maintenance team for breakdowns.
• Ensure minimum machine downtime and smooth production.
• Maintain daily production, manpower, downtime and recovery records.
• Ensure proper usage of PPE and follow all safety procedures.
• Maintain *5S and good housekeeping* in the production area.

Candidate Requirements

• 3-5 years of production experience in a manufacturing industry.
• Technical qualification is mandatory ITI / Diploma preferred.
• Experience in Coco Coir / Coconut Fibre / Fiber Mill will be preferred.
• Should have knowledge of production machinery and basic troubleshooting.
• Should be capable of handling workers and shift production independently.
• Basic knowledge of production reporting and MS Excel is preferred.
• Willing to work in shifts.
