About this role
Role & responsibilities
- Plan and execute daily RMC production as per customer requirements.
- Coordinate with Sales, Quality, Dispatch and Plant teams for smooth operations.
- Ensure batching as per approved mix designs and timely concrete delivery.
- Monitor plant, Transit Mixer and pump availability and utilization.
- Manage manpower deployment and site execution during pours.
- Maintain production, dispatch and VDMS records/MIS.
- Coordinate with customers and resolve operational issues at site.
- Ensure compliance with plant, site, TM and road safety requirements.
