Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan production activities to meet customer requirements and company goals.
  
• Ensure efficient plant operations by managing resources, including labor and equipment.
  
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to quality control, supply chain management, and productivity improvement.
  
• Monitor production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and expectations.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-7 years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry.
  
• Strong understanding of GMP regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members, customers, and stakeholders.
  
• Ability to analyze data to drive business decisions and improve operational efficiency.
