Production Incharge

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Production In-charge to manage day-to-day shop-floor manufacturing operations and ensure production targets are achieved with required quality, productivity, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily production activities as per production plan and schedule.
• Achieve production targets while maintaining quality and delivery timelines.
• Supervise production operators, technicians, and shop-floor manpower.
• Monitor machine performance, production output, downtime, rejection, and rework.
• Coordinate with PPC, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, Purchase, and Dispatch departments.
• Identify production bottlenecks and take corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, work instructions, safety standards, and 5S.
• Reduce rejection, scrap, wastage, and production losses.
• Improve productivity through Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and process improvement initiatives.
• Maintain daily production reports and MIS.
• Train and motivate production team members.
• Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, and discipline on the shop floor.
