Production Incharge / Team Leader

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Production Incharge with 12 15 years of hands-on experience in graphite machining operations. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing CNC/VMC/Conventional machining of graphite precision components, ensuring production targets while maintaining quality, safety, and delivery commitments.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor daily production schedules.
• Allocate manpower and machine resources efficiently.
• Supervise and manage CNC, VMC Conventional machining operations for graphite component
• Ensure production targets are achieved.
• Ensure dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and quality compliance of graphite parts.
• Maintain quality standards and reduce rejection, rework, and material wastage.
• Monitor machine utilization and productivity.
• Coordinate with PPC, QA, Stores, Maintenance, and Dispatch.
• Implement 5S and safety practices.
• Maintain production MIS reports and efficiency tracking.
• Lead and train operators in safe handling of graphite materials.
• Minimize downtime and process losses.
• Maintain strict dust control and housekeeping standards in graphite machining areas.
• Coordinate with CAD/CAM programmers for parts machining strategy.
• Ensure preventive maintenance of CNC/VMC machines.

Qualifications

• Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering with 12-15 years of experience.
• 6 10 years of machining industry (VMC/CNC/Conventional) experience.
• Minimum 3+ years experience specifically in graphite machining (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of tooling, feeds speeds for graphite material.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and 3D models
• Leadership team handling
