Building dependable production capability for the Companys 3-Year 150 Cr direction

Purpose of the Role

Lead Production to deliver the Company's Annual Plan and AOP reliably, while improving productivity, controlling losses, maintaining quality and building the production capability required for the Company's 3-year direction towards 150 Cr business.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute production according to Sales requirements and agreed priorities.
• Improve productivity and OEE; the Company's 3-year direction is 70% 75% 80%.
• Ensure production-plan adherence and support OTD 99%.
• Control material loss, rejection, rework and avoidable production cost.
• Improve machine utilization, reduce avoidable downtime and strengthen preventive action.
• Maintain production discipline and ensure quality is built into the process; support complaints below 0.5%.
• Build and develop supervisors, operators and other production staff with clear responsibility.
• Work closely with Sales, Quality, Stores, Finance and IT to remove issues affecting production and delivery.

Expected Results

• Production output reliably supports the Company's Sales AOP.
• Improvement in OEE and productive use of existing capacity.
• Production plan is completed reliably and supports OTD 99%.
• Material loss, rejection and rework are controlled and continuously reduced.
• Production-related quality problems and repeat defects are reduced.
• Machines, manpower and processes are better organized for the Company's growth.
• A disciplined Production team is built so performance is not dependent on daily firefighting.

First 90 Days

• Understand the Company's Goal, 3-Year Road Map, Annual Plan and Production AOP.
• Establish the present baseline for output, OEE, production-plan adherence, downtime, material loss, rejection/rework and manpower.
• Identify the few biggest constraints preventing higher output, better productivity, quality and delivery.
• Start practical corrective actions and establish daily production review and follow-up.
• Stabilize improvements and prepare the next-period production execution plan aligned with the Company's AOP.

Who We Are Looking For

A practical Production leader with a proven record of running manufacturing operations, improving productivity, controlling losses, solving shop-floor problems and developing production teams. Strong shop-floor understanding, discipline, problem-solving ability and the ability to convert production requirements into reliable daily execution are more important than corporate terminology.

Core measures: OEE, production-plan adherence, material loss, quality/rework, machine downtime and delivery support.
