About this role
Role & responsibilities
- Effective operation of Glass bottle line, CAN line, Keg Line to ensure that products are produced to the quality and cost requirements of the users and the standards set by the company
- Ensure the availability of spares/consumables for packaging machinery & raise indent on time and within budget.
- Collection of accurate performance data (Line efficiency, Packaging material loss) and monitoring the same.
- Implementation of ideas to improve the performance.
- Implementation of the Manufacturing excellence system.
- SOPs and Safety procedures, related to packaging, should be implemented and documented on time
- Creation of Preventive Maintenance check sheet and implementation of same
- Preparation and maintenance of machine History cards & predictive maintenance system to improve machine availability time.
- Maintain Good House Keeping practices at the packaging hall and follow 5S(Shine, Sort, Standardize, sustain, simplify)
- Mentor and Coach the shift teams.
- Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors in engineering (Mechanical/Electrical)
- 3 - 4 years of experience
- Knowledge Of Bottling Line, CAN Line and Keg Line
- Computer & SAP literate
- Analytic problem solver
- Industry HSE Knowledge
- Must know local language

From a company that was (and still is) a leading producer of domestic liquor, we moved to be an efficient manufacturer of global brands. We are now transforming to a company with its own high-reputation brands. The proportion of revenues from proprietary brands is expected to increase from 8% in 2016-17 to 20% by 2020. We are leveraging a longstanding culture of high manufacturing competence benchmarked with global standards.
