Production Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Lead production activities across assigned lines/shops and ensure target achievement.
• Develop production schedules and monitor execution against plans.
• Analyze production losses and implement corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement projects for productivity and cost reduction.
• Manage shift operations, manpower planning, and resource optimization.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, SCM, and Engineering teams.
• Lead root cause analysis using 7 QC Tools, Why-Why Analysis, Fishbone, etc.
• Monitor plant KPIs and present performance reports to management.
• Ensure implementation of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Six Sigma, and Kaizen initiatives.
• Mentor Production Executives, Supervisors, and Operators.
• Ensure compliance with EHS, statutory, and customer requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

• Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma (Mechanical, Production, Automobile, Industrial Engineering)
• Experience: 3-8 Years
• Production Executive: 3-6 Years
• Sr. Executive Production: 6-10 Years
• Preferred Industry: Automotive Manufacturing, Bus Body, Sheet Metal, Weld Shop, Assembly, Fabrication
