Production Executive

We are looking for a Production Executive to support production planning, scheduling, monitoring, and coordination across manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in production planning/PPC, KPI monitoring, raw material coordination, and manufacturing processes, with good working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/MRP systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer requirements and production capacity.
• Prepare production schedules and ensure timely completion of planned manufacturing activities.
• Monitor production output, productivity, OEE, downtime, yield, and schedule adherence.
• Analyse production data and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce production losses.
• Coordinate with Stores, Procurement, Planning, and other manufacturing units for timely raw material availability.
• Follow up with inter-unit teams to ensure materials are received according to the production schedule.
• Optimise manpower, machines, and material utilisation to achieve production targets.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production MIS reports.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to resolve production-related issues.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and standard operating procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and operational efficiency.

Preferred Background

Candidates with experience in automotive, auto components, engineering, sheet metal, fabrication, machining, CNC, assembly, injection moulding, forging, casting, or industrial manufacturing will be preferred.

Qualification & Experience

• BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Production/Manufacturing Engineering.
• 1–3 years of experience in Production, PPC, Production Planning, Production Scheduling, or Manufacturing Operations.
• Candidates with strong Mechanical + PPC/Production Planning experience are preferred.
